About

Xiao He (b. 1998, Chengdu, China) is a multidisciplinary artist based in San Francisco, CA. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and completed a drawing year program at the Royal Drawing School, London. Her work has been exhibited internationally, including solo exhibition at Reisig and Taylor Contemporary, Los Angeles, CA (2025), and group exhibitions at 4C Gallery, Los Angeles, CA (2023); Art Capital, Paris, France (2022); Upstream Gallery, New York, NY (2022); Huacui Contemporary Art Center, Shanghai, China (2022). She has been awarded residencies at the Cubberley Artist Studio Program, Palo Alto, CA (2024), and Kala Art Institute, Berkeley, CA (2023). Her work has been featured in Al-Tiba9 Art Magazine, ShoutoutLA, and VoyageLA, and her mixed-media artist’s book A Collection of Random Thoughts is part of the permanent collection at the Joan Flasch Artists' Book Collection, Chicago, IL.
